Children & Adolescents

Blueprint for a lifelong healthy smile

The American Association of Orthodontists recommends children have an orthodontic evaluation by age seven. An orthodontist’s thoughtful early care can get ahead of common issues, preventing more difficult problems down the road.

Children develop orthodontic problems from mouth injuries, thumb sucking, early or late loss of baby teeth, or genetics. The good news is that, when indicated, we can treat these issues, which include crowded, ill-spaced, or protruding teeth, jaw-growth problems, and bad bites.

If your child is between the ages of seven and eight, please schedule an appointment. We’ll do an initial exam and discuss the next best steps to get your child on track for lasting health with a flawless smile.
